Intent to Enroll in MBLI

This CONFIDENTIAL form can be used to demonstrate an interest in having your child(ren) attend The M.E.C.C.A. Business Learning Institute (MBLI). Submission of the form does not obligate the student to attend MBLI nor does it guarantee admission. By submitting the form, you are submitting interest in sending your child(ren) to The M.E.C.C.A. Business Learning Institute (MBLI) a charter school designed for students in grades 6-12 [MBLI will initially open in 2025 with grade 6 and grade 7]. Please submit a separate Intent to Enroll for each child in the family, planning to enroll in MBLI.
